Challenge
A domestic BI platform for management reporting had to reach production, establish predictable releases and meet corporate clients' security requirements.
Solution
- Set up the architecture, development guidelines and code review.
- Automated builds and releases with CI/CD.
- Introduced single sign-on (SSO).
- Built a desktop version of the platform and a mobile app.
Result
The platform is in production with 50 clients and 1,500 users. The release cycle dropped from 20 to 7 days, and the desktop version grew sales by 40%. The project received a grant from the Russian IT development fund (RFRIT).
