Consent to Personal Data Processing

This is a translation of the Russian version of the Consent. In case of discrepancies, the Russian version prevails.

In accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”, I, the data subject, hereinafter the “User”, when using the website https://rgbvision.net, including the website chat (the Site), freely, of my own will and in my own interest, consciously and in an informed manner, give my consent to the processing of my personal data (the Consent) on the terms set out below and in the Personal Data Processing Policy published on the Site.

1. Operator

The Consent is given to sole proprietor Graham Alexey, INN 500601110033, OGRNIP 326508100502709 (the Operator).

Email for requests: contact@rgbvision.net. The postal address is provided upon written request and is listed in the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs.

2. Personal data

The Consent covers the following personal data provided by the User in the form on the Site, in the Site chat and in correspondence with the Operator: name; phone number, email address or messenger username; company name and position; project information; content of inquiries and correspondence, including attached materials.

3. Purposes

Handling the User's inquiry, related correspondence, preparing a commercial proposal, preparing and concluding a contract.

4. Actions and processing methods

4.1. The Consent covers the following actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction.

4.2. Processing is carried out both with and without automation (mixed processing). Public disclosure of personal data is not permitted.

4.3. The Operator may entrust processing to parties operating the Site: hosting and computing resource providers, an email service, an online chat service and providers of automated text processing functions. Processing on behalf of the Operator is carried out in accordance with Part 3 of Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

4.4. Replies in the Site chat are generated using automated text processing functions whose technical components are located outside the Russian Federation, including in states that do not provide adequate protection of data subjects' rights. The User hereby consents to the cross-border transfer of the content of messages sent to the Site chat, including information provided in the messages, to the extent necessary to generate replies. Personal data of Russian citizens is recorded, systematized, accumulated, stored, clarified and retrieved using databases located in the Russian Federation.

5. User confirmations

5.1. The User confirms that they have read the Personal Data Processing Policy.

5.2. The User confirms that they are at least 18 years old and provide their own personal data or data whose subject has consented to its transfer.

6. Term and withdrawal

6.1. The Consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved, but no longer than 1 year after the User's last inquiry, or until withdrawn.

6.2. The Consent may be withdrawn by sending a statement to contact@rgbvision.net or to the Operator's postal address.

6.3. After withdrawal, the Operator stops processing the personal data and destroys it within 30 days, except where processing continues on another legal ground provided by Russian law.

The Consent is given by ticking the “I consent to personal data processing” box when submitting the form on the Site or by confirming consent before starting a conversation in the Site chat. Giving the Consent is a prerequisite for handling the inquiry.
